Payroll Manager

We're looking for an experienced
Payroll Manager
to take ownership of payroll operations across the
EMEA region
. This is a hands-on role that involves both
in-house payroll processing
and
managing external vendors
. You'll work closely with internal teams and external providers to ensure accurate and compliant payroll delivery across multiple countries.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end payroll process for all EMEA entities (Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Switzerland, Bulgaria, Romania, UK and Ukraine), working with local external payroll vendors.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly payroll processing, including variable pay, benefits, bonuses and statutory requirements.
• Act as the main point of contact for all EMEA payroll providers, managing SLAs, contracts and performance.
• Review and validate payroll reports before submission and sign-off.
