Payroll Manager

Ozz Electric is looking for a Payroll Manager! The Payroll Manager is accountable for the timely and accurate completion of all payroll operations. This includes directing and supporting the full-cycle payroll processes for both union and non-union personnel, and providing assistance to the Payroll Administrator and/or Analyst throughout the payroll cycle. Additionally, the Payroll Manager is responsible for overseeing the Electrician Apprenticeship Program in coordination with the Human Resources Department, the Electrical Training Alliance, and the Ministry of Training, Colleges, and Universities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee full-cycle multi payroll administration for union and non-union employees using a third-party payroll provider
• Support and guide Payroll Administrators, including assisting with processing when necessary.
