Essential Functions
  • Ensure that all process are being executed based on payroll procedures with standards and tools in place and aligned for all accounts
  • Ensure staffing and training at optimal levels
  • Responsible for client satisfaction
  • Responsible for key performance indicator management, strong focus on metric to drive improvement with strong action plan development for improvements
  • Review account status (financial and client satisfaction) and participate in service review meetings with client
  • Manage change request both internally and with client
  • Collaborate and work with commercial team in sales opportunities
  • Build relationship commitment with other areas
Required Education and Experience
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred; equivalent work experience required
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Payroll solutions is required with at least 2 years in leaders...
