Responsibilities
- Ensuring the accurate and timely processing of the monthly end to end payroll function
- Administering and calculating employee benefits, leave entitlements, commissions, or incentives including statutory awards, group benefits, termination payments
- Process payroll, including verifying timesheets, calculating employee benefits, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries
- Assist with the integration, centralization, and standardization of the payroll process across the Group
- Accountable for ensuring HRIS complies with all local regulatory and legal requirements related to the payroll transactions.
- Ensures the operating manual procedures are reviewed and updated yearly and when necessary.
- Assist on other ad-hoc projects and tasks related to Payroll and HR as required
