Role Highlights
This is a highly operational Payroll Officer position responsible for processing high volume pays across multiple awards and Enterprise Agreements. The role requires accuracy, resilience and strong attention to detail, balanced with a mindset open to change and improvement. You will be part of a dedicated payroll team supporting a large, distributed workforce in a fast-paced environment.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, the Payroll Officer is responsible for accurate and timely end-to-end payroll processing, award and EA interpretation, payroll reporting, and responding to payroll queries. As the organisation progresses through system and process modernisation, you will contribute to improving workflows, reducing manual processes and enhancing compliance and control.
