The Payroll Officer is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, benefits, and deductions. This role ensures compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and financial regulations while maintaining high levels of confidentiality and accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and leave balances.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, social security contributions, and other statutory requirements .
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies or errors.
