Job Description
We are seeking a Payroll Customer Relations Officer to support payroll-related customer inquiries and internal coordination. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Successful candidates will initially work Australian Eastern Daylight Savings Time (AEDST) during training and transition to Western Australian (WA) time once fully trained.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound payroll-related phone calls
- Respond to online payroll and customer service inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide accurate information and elevate issues to internal leaders or onshore staff when required
- Maintain professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential business information
