We are looking for a collaborative and detail‑oriented Payroll Officer to manage weekly payroll for our franchise and corporate network of 2,500–3,000 employees. This role supports a fast‑paced Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) environment and works closely with HR, Operations, and Finance teams.

Location: Philippines – Angeles, Cebu, Davao, Mabalacat, Ortigas, Makati, Bacolod
Schedule: Morning Shift

Key Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Execute weekly payroll for 2,500–3,000 employees across multiple entities.
• Award Compliance: Interpret and apply the Fast‑Food Industry Award, including penalties, overtime, and allowances.
