What is the Opportunity? RBC offers an exciting role as a Payroll Operations Analyst. Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Payroll Delivery, the Payroll Operations Analyst is responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing within the organization. This role ensures accuracy of employee records, calculates wages and deductions, implements payroll policies, addresses employee inquiries, collaborates with HR and other teams, and stays abreast of tax regulations. The Payroll Operations Analyst requires a thorough understanding of the payroll system, attention to detail, compliance with legal requirements, and effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure a smooth payroll operation.
