Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist to lead end-to-end client project employee hiring and payroll operations for multiple clients across Mexico.

This role ensures full compliance with local regulations, accuracy in payroll processing, and timely delivery in accordance with client-specific agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire hiring process including onboarding & offboarding, work visa reimbursement processes etc.
• Maintain daily communication and service delivery as a primary point of contact for clients.
