Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand payroll needs, gather employee data, and maintain clear communication.
- Handle end-to-end Malaysia payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, statutory contributions, and PCB tax.
- Ensure compliance by staying updated on statutory regulations and submitting EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and PCB on time.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and employee master data.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
- Safeguard all payroll information with strict confidentiality and data protection practices.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
- Communicate payroll status clearly and respond to client inquiries.
- Keep up to date with payroll systems, HCM tools, and industry trends.
