Main Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand payroll needs, gather employee data, and maintain clear communication.
  • Handle end-to-end Malaysia payroll processing, including calculations, deductions, statutory contributions, and PCB tax.
  • Ensure compliance by staying updated on statutory regulations and submitting EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and PCB on time.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee master data.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.
  • Safeguard all payroll information with strict confidentiality and data protection practices.
  • Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
  • Communicate payroll status clearly and respond to client inquiries.
  • Keep up to date with payroll systems, HCM tools, and industry trends.
