Job Summary
:
Responsible for the daily activities associated with timely and accurate processing of Agency, Third Party & Craft payrolls, and related inputs using the enterprise SAP/other payroll tools and system.
Major Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate input and maintenance of employee payroll data. Reviewing payroll results of either medium sized 3-4 or large size 1-2 agency/craft payrolls for accuracy, inputs discrepancies, reasonableness and final resolution of issues encountered. The position will be responsible for validating and uploading files for deductions, tax computations, and other pay-period payments / adjustments. Job duties include, creating electronic disbursement files and verification of third party invoices or generating self-billing invoices.
