Payroll Project Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Payroll Project Manager uva to lead the end-to-end implementation of Client’s new payroll system and service model. You will serve as the primary bridge between Client’s internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT), local partner and Neeyamo implementation teams. Your mission is to ensure that the implementation is seamless, compliant with Brazilian labor laws (CLT), and delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership: Act as the single point of contact for the external payroll provider, ensuring their delivery matches our business requirements and local statutory needs.
