HR Payroll - Senior Executive

Key Responsibilities
1. Payroll Processing
- Assist in preparation and processing of monthly payroll.
- Validate attendance, leave data, overtime, and other allowances.
- Ensure accurate data entry for new joiners, exits, and salary revisions.
2. Statutory Compliance
- Support in PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and TDS calculations and labour compliance.
- Generate ECR files and support statutory submissions.
- Maintain compliance documents and audit-ready records.
3. Employee Records Management
- Update and maintain employee master data.
- Manage salary-related documents (payslips, and Form 16, etc.).
- Coordinate with HR for onboarding and exit formalities related to payroll.
4. Query Handling
- Resolve basic employee queries related to salary, deductions, and payslips.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data clarification.
5. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare monthly payroll reports (CTC breakup, cost summaries, variance reports).
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll documents.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, Finance, or related field preferred.
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of payroll processes.
- MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) – mandatory.
- Experience with payroll software (Greyt HR, Darwinbox, etc.)—added advantage.
Soft Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
