Payroll and compliance with local obligations
Process local payroll for the different legal entities, which includes union and salaried staff.
Integrate and validate all payroll incidents.
Ensure payroll calculations are aligned with union, local regulations, and local benefits.
Calculation of PTU and work in conjunction with tax area
Ensure timely government payments (payroll tax, IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT) and payments to external payroll providers (Si Vale, Skandia, Lockton)
Validate the calculation of retirement.
