Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a Payroll & Onboarding Specialist to join our team in Bogotá. This role is key

to ensuring accurate payroll execution, full compliance with Colombian labor regulations, and a

smooth onboarding experience for our employees.

What you will do

Payroll Management

• Process payroll accurately and on time (monthly, biweekly, or as applicable).
• Manage payroll adjustments such as overtime, surcharges, Sunday and holiday pay, bonuses, and commissions.
• Calculate and audit payroll provisions (severance, severance interest, bonuses, vacations).
