We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist with deep expertise in Malaysia payroll to support our growing HR operations. This role will work closely with HR, Finance, and employee services teams to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end payroll processing for Malaysia employees with high accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
  • Provide support for onboarding processes , ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires.
  • Deliver responsive and high‑quality employee services , addressing payroll‑related queries and issues.
  • Maintain and update employee data within Workday , ensuring strong data integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support HR operations and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Malaysia payroll administration.
