Role Description
Responsible for processing and advising on payrolls located in Czech Republic. The Payroll Specialist will also be responsible for contributing to payroll related projects, providing timely and accurate payroll reporting and data to the business as required.
Specific Role Responsibilities
- End-to end preparation and processing of the monthly payrolls for czech republic.
- Full lifecycle payroll responsibilities including BAU, end of year tasks and audit requirements
- Prepare and submit statutory filings (tax, social/health insurance), ensuring adherence to Czech regulations and deadlines, including electronic reporting.
- Stay updated on changes in Czech labour law, tax, and social security regulations, communicating impacts to relevant teams.
