What You'll Be Doing

As the Payroll Specialist of Finance Services Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee compensation and benefits. You will be responsible for managing payroll operations, maintaining compliance with labor laws, and providing excellent customer service to employees. In this role, you will:

1. Maintain and update Payroll Software.
2. Provide, coordinate, and consolidate all necessary data in order to process payroll in a timely and accurate manner following legal and company standards.
3. Validate payroll and tax reports to ensure all payroll related data is processed accurately. Develop and improve appropriate weekly, monthly, and quarterly payroll and statutory reports as needed.
