We are seeking a **Payroll Specialist**based**in**Guadalajara site**to join our **Global Business Services (GBS)** organization. This role supports end-to-end payroll operations for Mexico. You will work closely with local HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing while delivering exceptional employee experience.
**Key**Responsibilities**
- **Payroll Processing (Mexico focus)**: Prepare and validate payroll inputs for Mexico (e.g., base pay, variable compensation, overtime, deductions), reconcile outputs, and support payment execution in alignment with local regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT).
