This role supports end-to-end payroll operationsfor will work closely withlocalHR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing while delivering exceptional employee experience.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Payroll Processing (Mexico focus): Prepare and validate payroll inputs for Mexico (, base pay, variable compensation, overtime, deductions), reconcile outputs, and support payment execution in alignment with local regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT).

  • Data Integrity & Controls: Maintain accurate employee data, perform pre- and post-payroll reconciliations, and support SOX/internal control activities, ensuring audit-ready documentation.
