To reinforce and support our extraordinary Finance Team, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Payroll Specialist
to join our fast-growing company.

Main responsibilities & Daily tasks:

• Handle the payroll for more than 1300 contractors (with fixed and variable salaries)
• Verify all the calculations around the payroll (social insurances, tax at source, etc.)
• Handle the tax at source declarations through ELM/SwissDec
• Communicate with the clients and employees (phone & email)
• Interact with social insurances and authorities
• Processing of supplier and agency invoices
• Help for any other finance/invoicing task
