Payroll Specialist

**What You’ll Do**:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting and Payroll Specialist to support our daily financial operations and month-end close processes. This role will have a strong focus on our operations in Mexico and requires a solid understanding of Mexican labor laws and tax compliance.
A working knowledge of international accounting standards such as NIIF, US GAAP, and IFRS is important, as you’ll be supporting a globally distributed team and helping ensure consistency in reporting across regions.
**What You’ll Bring**:
- +3 years of experience in accounting, payroll, and financial operations, with a strong understanding of local regulations.
- Proficient with cloud-based financial and HR tools (experience with specific platforms is a plus).
