Payroll Advisor – Roles & Responsibilities

• End-to-end payroll processing in accordance with relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements

• Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages, allowances, overtime, leave, and terminations

• Maintain payroll records and employee data with a high level of confidentiality and accuracy

• Manage payroll compliance including PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax, and statutory reporting

• Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve payroll discrepancies

• Liaise with HR, Finance, and external providers regarding payroll matters

• Respond to employee payroll queries and provide clear advice

• Support audits and implement payroll process improvements

• Ensure payroll controls and documentation are maintained
