Job Description:
Process monthly payroll for teaching and non-teaching staff.
Maintain and update employee compensation records.
Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory requirements.
Coordinate with HR for timekeeping, contracts, and adjustments.
Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for accounting and audits.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary, deductions, and benefits.
Support year-end processes like tax annualization and BIR reporting.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
At least 2–3 years of payroll experience, preferably in education or HR setting.
Knowledge of payroll systems, government reporting, and labor laws.
