Job Description:

  • Process monthly payroll for teaching and non-teaching staff.

  • Maintain and update employee compensation records.

  • Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other statutory requirements.

  • Coordinate with HR for timekeeping, contracts, and adjustments.

  • Prepare payroll reports and reconciliations for accounting and audits.

  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding salary, deductions, and benefits.

  • Support year-end processes like tax annualization and BIR reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.

  • At least 2–3 years of payroll experience, preferably in education or HR setting.
