**Vacante para la empresa BACK OFFICE DE CHIHUAHUA en Mérida, Yucatán**:
Key Responsibilities: Process accurate and timely payroll for multiple entities and/or locations using PRISM
- Maintain and audit payroll records, including timekeeping, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws
- Reconcile payroll reports and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Generate payroll reports for management, finance, and external audits
Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency Handle wage garnishments, tax withholdings, and benefits deductions
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data and sensitive information
- Stay current with changes in payroll laws and best practices
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a multi-state environment
Strong experience with PRISM payroll software (preferred) Excellent knowledge of U....
