- Responsibility for assigned country payrolls, payroll delivery - processing payrolls, including: calculating, bonus payments, starters and leavers, salary payments
- Ensuring that Payroll processes are in line with global directions, legal and taxation standards, procedures, collective tariff agreements, country specific requirements and comply with legislative obligations and internal auditing requirements
- Performing standard payroll controls including SOX controls and respective evidences
- Prepare a Net to pay file per legal entity, control generated bank files
- Manage final payroll settlement based on data received from HR Generalists and payroll data
- Full administration of Mexico monthly contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, ISPT)
- Cooperate with payroll vendors on seamless and timely delivery
- Year End payroll process, Tax Year end activities

- Bachelor’s degree in Business...
