Job Description

Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for all client queries related to EPF and NPS processes, rules, and regulations.
Provide accurate, timely, and compliant responses to client inquiries.
Clarify procedures for registrations, transfers, withdrawals, claims, and grievances.
Guide clients on EPF and NPS statutory requirements and best practices.
Assist in explaining relevant government notifications, amendments, and policy changes.
Advise on timely filings and ensure clients are aware of regulatory deadlines.
Liaise with EPFO, CRA, and NSDL/Protean on behalf of clients to resolve escalated issues.
Facilitate client access to EPFO and NPS portals for account management and updates.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with client HR and payroll teams.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to address recurring issues and enhance client understanding.
