Payroll Specialist

The **Payroll Specialist** is responsible for managing and processing payroll for employees in Norway and supporting input to payroll in the other Nordic countries. This role involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations and maintaining accurate payroll records. The Payroll Specialist will work in close cooperation with an outsourced payroll provider and the Finance department to ensure seamless payroll operations. The Payroll Specialist will also participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Payroll Processing: Administer payroll processing for employees in Norway, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Norwegian legislation. Support input to payroll in all Nordic countries.
