Job Description
The **Payroll Specialist** is responsible for managing and processing payroll for employees in Norway and supporting input to payroll in the other Nordic countries. This role involves ensuring compliance with labor laws, tax regulations and maintaining accurate payroll records. The Payroll Specialist will work in close cooperation with an outsourced payroll provider and the Finance department to ensure seamless payroll operations. The Payroll Specialist will also participate in HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
