Payroll Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Payroll Specialist to join our global payroll team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple countries. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView or SAP, strong technical knowledge of payroll processes, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multinational environment. High integrity, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing: Execute and validate payroll for assigned countries using ADP GlobalView or SAP, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Compliance: Guarantee adherence to local tax laws, social security, and statutory requirements across jurisdictions.

Issue Resolution: Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies promptly.

Reporting: Prepare, review, and deliver payroll reports for internal stakeholders, audits, and regulatory bodies.

Process Improvement: Support global payroll projects, system enhancements, and continuous process optimization initiatives.

Data Integrity: Maintain accurate employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a global or regional role.

Language Skills: Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.

Systems Expertise: Hands-on experience with ADP GlobalView or SAP payroll systems.

Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and international payroll complexities.

Soft Skills: 

Excellent attention to detail and high integrity.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining focus on deliverables.

Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with data analysis.
