- Manage and process employee payroll accurately and timely.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Maintain payroll records and employee information confidentially.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits.
- Collaborate with the HR team to update payroll-related policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field
- Skills and Competencies: Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel
