- Maintain payroll records and databases.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
- Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
- Prepare payroll reports as required.
- Collaborate with HR on employee classifications and changes.
- Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations.
- Process and prepare Billings after payroll
Qualifications
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level position.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Processing employee payroll and billing, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
