Responsibilities

  • Maintain payroll records and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
  • Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
  • Prepare payroll reports as required.
  • Collaborate with HR on employee classifications and changes.
  • Stay updated on payroll laws and regulations.
  • Process and prepare Billings after payroll

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: No prior experience required; entry-level position.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Processing employee payroll and billing, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
