Job Description

  • Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and deductions
  • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports
  • Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies
  • Coordinate with HR and finance departments on payroll matters
  • Assist with internal and external payroll audits
  • Generate payroll reports for management review
  • Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and tax laws

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field with at least 2-3 years of working experience in HRIS and payroll.
