Job Description
- Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and deductions
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports
- Reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with HR and finance departments on payroll matters
- Assist with internal and external payroll audits
- Generate payroll reports for management review
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and tax laws
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field with at least 2-3 years of working experience in HRIS and payroll.
