Full TimePurpose of the role:
This position is primarily in charge of performing tasks to ensure that payroll processing is timely
and accurate. Must be able to interpret and understand the DOLE rules and regulations in order to
process payroll in compliance with the law.
Key Tasks & Deliverables:
Compensation / Payroll:
• Review all employee movements recorded by the HR Team in the payroll system and ensure it matches to supporting documents provided
• Prepares pre & post payroll attendance check and cascade to respective department team leads for action
• Payroll run computation through BIPO (Regular and Special Run)
• Updates exit card tool for resigned employees
• Reconcile Payroll register report vs. Employee Central (EC) – Orange Check report
• Reconcile Payroll register report vs Bank files – Yellow check
