Overview

The duties of this entry-level role include gathering, analyzing, and processing payroll data; answering payroll-related questions; and support the team in handling various administrative tasks.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintaining payroll information by collating, calculation and submitting data to Data Management Team
  • Resolving payroll discrepancies and answering any employee payroll queries via JIRA ServiceDesk
  • Collect and verify timekeeping information for all employees
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned

What You Need To Have

  • Open to fresh graduates with relevant internship experience in Payroll or Timekeeping
  • Preferable with at least 6 months to 1 year experience in Payroll or Timekeeping
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools (Excel - Vlookup, pivot, other functionalities)
