Job Description

This role ensures the effectiveness and integrity of Payroll and Talent Acquisition Administration (TAA) processes in Mexico, in compliance with company policies and local legal requirements. It serves as a trusted expert, providing guidance and advice to leaders and employees in executing payroll and TAA procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- End-to-end monthly payroll processing, including input data delivery, result generation, and audit execution.
- Collection of data to be provided to the payroll partner within agreed deadlines for processing.
- Execution of a full set of monthly checks, comparing gross-to-gross and net-to-net, understanding and resolving discrepancies, and justifying differences.
- Management of post-payroll activities, including any local legal filings, payment reconciliations, and other related processes.
- Responding to employee inquiries and resolving questions and issues professionally and promptly.
