Job Description

Job Title: Payroll Specialist


Location (city, state): Fully on-site in Shoreline, WA


Compensation: $25-$28 / hour


Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of payroll experience
  • Experience processing payroll for 500+ employees (1,000+ strongly preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with large payroll systems Workday, PeopleSoft, ADP, Kronos, etc.)
  • Strong timecard auditing and payroll reconciliation experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal hand-holding
