What you'll be working on Own the end to end payroll cycle with 100% accuracy and timeliness
  • Deliver weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls using SAP and Kronos.
  • Process all payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, deductions, garnishments, superannuation, and taxation.
  • Ensure all payroll updates-new hires, terminations, pay changes-are processed correctly and on schedule.
Maintain full compliance with payroll legislation and internal controls
  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws, awards, and taxation rules.
  • Maintain complete, accurate payroll records and audit trails.
  • Prepare payroll reports for HR, Finance, and management, ensuring financial transparency and audit readiness.
Lead accuracy, quality, and performance across the payroll team
