A manufacturing organisation is looking for a regional payroll specialist.

Your new role

  • Act as liaison between internal stakeholders and external payroll/HR administration providers to ensure seamless and compliant service delivery.
  • Oversee monthly payroll input and approval processes, verifying accuracy of data before submission to the vendor.
  • Coordinate employee lifecycle events (onboarding, offboarding, leave tracking, etc.) by managing vendor instructions and internal documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies, escalating issues when needed by Legal or external counsel.
  • APAC experience - coverage China, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, Taiwan, Thailand
  • Maintain accurate employee records and reports, coordinating updates across internal systems and vendor platforms.
