About the Role

The Payroll Specialist is part of a global payroll team, responsible for APAC payroll processing with providers such as CloudPay and ADP in an outsourced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support APAC payroll operations, ensuring accurate data processing by the payroll provider.
• Support People Partners, People Service Centre, Compensation, and all other Purpose functions to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Ensure payroll processing meets payroll accounting requirements; participate in GL account maintenance and reconcile payroll accounts with Finance and business unit teams.
