Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our team in Trichy. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in payroll processing, payroll systems, and compliance with local labor laws. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for processing and managing all payroll-related activities, ensuring timely and accurate compensation for employees.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Process end-to-end payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to payroll, taxes, and benefits.
  • Maintain employee payroll records, including deductions, leave, overtime, bonuses, and other adjustments.
  • Prepare and review payroll reports, including tax calculations, earnings statements, and year-end reports.
  • Liaise with HR, finance, and other departments to resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
  • Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations and ensure timely implementation of necessary updates.
  • Manage payroll taxes, benefits, and other deductions, ensuring accurate and timely filing.
  • Provide guidance to employees on payroll policies, tax information, and other related matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports for audits and year-end filings.
  • Perform other payroll-related tasks and duties as required.
