Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Coordinator to join our team. The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. This role is key in supporting HR and accounting functions by maintaining data integrity and providing excellent service to employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Process payroll on a weekly basis

Collect, verify, and enter payroll data including hours worked, bonuses, and deductions.

Review and reconcile timesheets and attendance records.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.

Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposit statements.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or concerns.

Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files.
