Experience: 5–7 Years (Mandatory)

About the Role

Join a leading product-based MNC and take ownership of end-to-end EMEA & UK payroll operations . This role is ideal for a payroll professional who thrives in complexity, demonstrates strong determination during year‑end cycles, and brings deep regional expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete end-to-end payroll processing for EMEA & UK regions
• Hands-on payroll experience across 2–3 EMEA countries minimum
• Strong UK payroll experience acceptable with ADP Global View exposure
• Partner with internal stakeholders and external payroll vendors
• Lead year-end payroll activities , audits, and reconciliations
• Drive payroll process enhancements and continuous improvement
• Support payroll projects, transitions, and regional initiatives

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of proven EMEA payroll experience (below 5 years not considered )
• Full payroll ownership experience (not limited to partial tasks)
• Demonstrated stability – minimum 18 months to 2 years in one company
• Strong understanding of statutory, tax, and compliance requirements
• Ability to manage pressure during critical payroll periods

⭐ Technical Edge (Highly Valued)

• ADP Global View – Highly Preferred
• Exposure to UK payroll
• Knowledge of Workday Payroll Connectors (PICOF / PECI) is a plus
