Payroll Subject Matter Expert

Working pattern: Hybrid, 2 days per week on site

Languages: Fluent Spanish and English required

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Subject Matter Expert to support the delivery of accurate, compliant payroll operations across Canada and the United States. This role plays a critical part in ensuring payroll is processed correctly, on time and in line with all statutory requirements, internal controls and established payroll best practice.

You will work closely with regional stakeholders and act as a trusted point of expertise within a controlled, multi jurisdiction payroll environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end to end payroll processing on weekly, biweekly and semi-monthly cycles, including manual corrections where required.
