Payroll Supervisor - America

**A Day In Your Life**:
The Payroll Supervisor is responsible for the Americas payroll and will report to the Manager, Global Payroll.
**You Make an Impact By**:
- Managing the International Assignee America process across all payrolls and manages the payroll team with multiple regional countries (Canada, Mexico, etc.).
- Serve as payroll contact on the payroll set up in new foreign countries.
- Coordinate with HR, Compensation, Finance, and other players on America’s payroll issues, including pay/compensation, time and attendance, benefits, bonuses, stock plan, etc.
- Managing and approving payroll for all countries for salaried, hourly, and multi-state employees
- Manage the payroll processes across all countries.
- Responsible for all post-payroll processing duties to ensure payroll processing is complete.
- Provide payroll reports to the business as needed.
