Payroll Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join a large, multi-province organization on a 6-month contract. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable working in a more manual payroll environment. The successful candidate will help prepare, review, and process payroll operations for approximately 1,000 employees across Canada, including salaried, part-time, and unionized staff, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in all payroll activities.

This role is hybrid and requires 3 days a week in the office .

Key Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end payroll processing across multiple provinces in Canada.
• Manage payroll for a diverse workforce (salaried, part-time, hourly, and union employees), including T4A reporting .
• Perform reconciliations and ensure payroll rates and calculations are accurate.
• Review payroll team members’ work
