HireArt is hiring a
Payroll Support Specialist
to serve as a specialized Tier 2 escalation point within our Worker Experience team. This role exists to improve speed, accuracy, and ownership of payroll issue resolution by enabling direct payroll execution within defined controls.

This is a worker-facing and client-facing role. You will own payroll-related cases end-to-end—investigating issues, coordinating approvals when needed, executing payroll corrections, and clearly communicating outcomes to workers.

What You'll Do

  • Own complex payroll-related worker inquiries from investigation through resolution
  • Investigate and resolve issues including:

  • Missing or incorrect pay

  • Backpay and retroactive adjustments
  • Pay rate adjustments
  • Tax withholding updates
  • Garnishment or deduction discrepancies (within guidelines)
