HireArt is hiring a Payroll Support Specialist to serve as a specialized Tier 2 escalation point within our Worker Experience team. This role exists to improve speed, accuracy, and ownership of payroll issue resolution by enabling direct payroll execution within defined controls.This is a worker-facing and client-facing role. You will own payroll-related cases end-to-end—investigating issues, coordinating approvals when needed, executing payroll corrections, and clearly communicating outcomes to workers.
