Job Description

he Payroll & TAA Specialist is responsible for supporting payroll processing and providing administrative support to Talent Acquisition. This role ensures accurate employee data, timely payroll execution, and smooth hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end payroll processing and validation of employee information.
  • Manage employee changes, documentation, and updates in HR systems.
  • Assist Talent Acquisition by coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and handling candidate documentation.
  • Support onboarding processes and maintain employee files.
  • Provide employee support regarding payroll, benefits, and HR processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Experience in payroll or HR operations in Mexico.
