he Payroll & TAA Specialist is responsible for supporting payroll processing and providing administrative support to Talent Acquisition. This role ensures accurate employee data, timely payroll execution, and smooth hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
Support end‑to‑end payroll processing and validation of employee information.
Manage employee changes, documentation, and updates in HR systems.
Assist Talent Acquisition by coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and handling candidate documentation.
Support onboarding processes and maintain employee files.
Provide employee support regarding payroll, benefits, and HR processes.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Administration, Accounting, or related field.
Experience in payroll or HR operations in Mexico.
Knowledge of basic payroll concepts, employee data management, and compliance.
Advanced English level preferred....
